Customers will provide Zone number, Street number and building number while registering.

Service timing

Orders will be accepted 24 hours. Orders after 9.00 PM will be delivered next day morning from 8 AM.

Promotion Policy

On the final day, the promotion will end at 10:00 p.m. (only on the website).
At 10:00 p.m. on the final day, the entire promotion price will alter.

Returns Policy

You may return any unopened items within one hour of delivery for a full refund.

After 24 hours, returns of fresh food items are not accepted.
Return requests for non-fresh food items (grocery, non-food, department stores, etc.) must be made within 24 hours.

If you need to return an item, please WhatsApp 31293125 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly and send a delivery staff to your address to re-collect the item.
